scares
To favor the bulls or to pront the bears-
He’s a very conservative man

These charges of graft, he avows, are all
trash-
He’s a very conservative man:
He thinks that John D doesn’t care
much for cash-
He’s a very conservative mar
He will tell you that half of the news of
the day
Is merely trumped up so the papers will
pay
And he jumps at each chance to com-
placently say,
He’s a very conservative man

He thinks that the spirit of Lincoln stil
rules-

And he says most reformers are rascals
or fools-

He doesn’t believe half the stories he
